About FLEXOR
Donovan Croucamp founded FLEXOR PTY LTD in early 2016 after more than two decades in security and emergency management roles in the public service, both in South Africa and Australia.
The mission is to lead innovative thinking and provide professional advice to build security and emergency management capability and resilience across government, the private sector and community groups.

Donovan Croucamp
Donovan has gained diverse experience as a full time security and emergency management practitioner since leaving the military in 1993. Most recently he served as a public service executive with security and emergency management responsibilities as his primary role. He has worked at local, state and federal levels and has operated within the Australian and Victorian emergency management arrangements, in the operational and strategic context. Donovan also has international experience having worked in South Africa and on deployments to Indonesia and USA during disasters. His capability and capacity is augmented by bringing together a number of trusted associates, with specialist skills and expertise, to provide a wide range of quality consulting and advisory services. This enables Donovan to assemble and lead specialist teams formed to meet unique challenges.
