Leadership Development

 

Developing senior leaders in the crisis and emergency management context is a key focus of FLEXOR.  Donovan has been exposed to professional leadership development in the military and the public service.  He has exercised leadership in times of extreme pressure and under trying circumstances during emergencies and disasters.

Donovan has facilitated senior leadership training and designed exercises to develop leadership capability.  FLEXOR is able to develop leadership workshops culminating in exercise simulations to practice key leadership principles and skills.  Management is about process and outputs whereas leadership is about people and outcomes.  Both are absolutely necessary during a crisis.
